Using MyABF to pay for regular club sessions

Friday, 15 December 2023 by Paul Brake

The use of MyABF bridge credits as payment for our regular walk in sessions is now very widespread, with many players appreciating the ease of using this system.  The MyABF payment system benefits the club by reducing the amount of time spent in administration by volunteers and directors. Having now trialled this payment system for a significant period, the Club has decided: -

·         We will cease selling table tickets to members from 31 January.

·         As from 1 March all players (other than visitors,  who pay higher rates) will be expected to pay by bridge credits.

We will support anyone who feels they are unable to make this change or needs help to do so. Please contact Paul Brake, Jenny Martin or John Lemarchand if you require assistance in this regard. The ABF, our Bridge Federation, is running MyABF on a not for profit basis, and our involvement supports the Australian bridge community and our Club.
